Amazing stay at a multi-millionaire dollar residence, beautiful Haussman mansion, even more beautiful in person. Super clean and safe. Location couldn't be better, right next to the Opera district but also Champs Elysee with a major metro stop literally at the front doorstep (but quiet inside home). Owner is very responsive and helpful and accommodating. Honestly, it was the best airBNB I have ever rented and hope to do it again soon. Thank you Pedro!

Pedro’s place is amazing. Great location, very quiet building, and all the amenities you need to feel at home. We even had an unexpected classical music recital in the apartment next door that was beautiful.

It was a great stay, in a beautiful area and in a beautiful, spacious apartment. Lots of landmarks are at a walkable distance, and also a metro station is just outside. Would stay again in the future.

We had an incredible time at Pedro's place. The apartment was a dream - gorgeous building, large windows with abundant natural light, Juliette balconies, crown moldings. There was a lot of space for our family and our kids were entertained for hours in the playroom. The location was also incredible. Brasserie Pastis next door was always busy with people and was open from 8am - 2am. The metro was just outside the building. We always felt safe, and the location was walkable to most places in Paris. I would 100% stay in this gorgeous Parisian apartment again.

Pedro’s apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious. The area is safe, vibrant and friendly and the building hosts great supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Pedro is a friendly and flexible host. The very best recommendations from us.
