Great location for an easy one mile walk to food/drink and the state fair. The house was a perfect size for us--small, but not too small. The bed linens and towels were exceptional. The electronic lock on the door was nice--no need to think about carrying (or losing) a key. Parking is off-street and right outside the door so it was easy to load/unload the car.
