The apartment description and pictures are 100% accurate. Bright and spacious apartment in a very desirable location.... walkable and lovely neighborhood close to everything! It was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend Becky and her very responsive team.
The place is lovely and spacious. I stayed for a month long and it has all the amenities I need especially the kitchen - impressive collection of equipment and utensils available. I requested for kettle and blender and surprisingly Becky’s team has it all too and delivered it almost immediately! Becky is extremely responsive too to answer any of my questions. Highly recommend this place.
Overall, great place to stay. My friend and I stayed here for a month and communicated to UVA Hospital. It was safe and quiet area. Parking is very convenient. Easy commute to the hospitals. The unit itself is like the pictures. Clean and nice inside. A/C was good. Wifi was fine. Had many amenities included in kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely stay again if I need to stay in Charlottesville again!
I spent a month in this unit and had the most wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and stocked with everything I needed. Becky was communicative and responsive if I needed anything. The location is excellent - so close to the downtown mall, and the neighborhood is simply beautiful. I look forward to coming back to spend a weekend here sometime in the future, and will always remember my month here fondly! Highly recommend.
Great spot! I stayed here as I had a contract in Charlottesville. It was clean and super cute! Since I was here long term, it was a little difficult to move in/out with the many stairs but that was just temporary for those days It was nice to have a dedicated parking lot/space The new windows are great so I could open the windows on nice days. HVAC worked well and accurately. Nice TVs/appliances. Cute decorations!

Hi, I’m Becky! After 9 years in the medical sales industry, I officially resigned from corporate America and began my own business in 2014 designing and managing vacation rental properties. I am the owner of WKNDR Design (Interior Decorating + Design Services) and while I do still love to cater to furnished rental properties, I have taken on plenty of residential and several commercial design projects. Come say hi to me and follow along upcoming Airbnb design projects on the 'Gram @WKNDRdesign - I love when guests tag me in their pics so I can see all of the fun they are having at the house or out and about in Charlottesville! I split my time between Charlottesville, VA and Rockport, MA and in 2021 I opened a clothing boutique in Rockport called RKPT WKNDR [rockport weekender] @RKPT_WKNDR on IG. Whenever I am not in C'ville I have a great team of reliable helpers make sure that everything runs smoothly at the homes that I host. My days are always exciting and different, between hosting, interior design projects, and the boutique! But in the moments between all of the hustle and bustle, I love sharing a great meal out with friends -favorite restaurants in C'ville are MAS, Oakhart Social, Alley Light and BANG and favorite restaurants in the Rockport area are Tonno and, of course, fresh lobster from Roy Moore Lobster Co. Sipping wine on my balcony over the harbor Rockport is my happy place, and I am a firm believer that laughter is, in fact, the best medicine. I am always happy to go above and beyond to make my guests feel comfortable and have a great experience. My #1 goal is for you to have a wonderful time!
