Centrally located off of Cortez Road. This main level condo offers an entire fenced in back yard for your pets. The Condo welcomes you with a renovated ocean breeze look and feel at the beach. Conveniently and centrally located 5 miles away from famous beaches. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Enjoy your stay and have fun in the sun. This beautiful condo is centrally located off of Cortez road. With a beach look and design set up the Condo offers a Master king size bed with its own brand new bathroom and a 42" smart TV. The Queen size bedroom offers a fresh look and feel of the ocean with a 32" smart TV. The Full over Full bunk beds room offers plenty of drawers space and storage and can sleeps 4 . The living room has a pull out couch and can sleep and additional 2 people. Plenty of room for dining and an extra gaming room with a fuse ball table. The bathrooms are stocked up with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer and detergent to use. The gas grill is located inside the patio and will need to be used outside. The back yard is fully fenced in for kids, adults and pets to roam around freely.

Very clean and cute. Close to island but away from the traffic and nice places nearby.
My family enjoyed their stay very much. Theyhad no complaints, other than my grandson said there weas a cockroach, but who doesn't have them here in beautiful Florida? We would rent again.
We used this property for work lodging in lieu of a hotel. My workers had no complaints. And believe me they like to complain.
The house was as described with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Small amenities were provided. The wifi info in the airbnb listing and that provided in the welcome binder at the home didn't match. We didn't try to log in, so not sure which is accurate. If you have small children or are bringing pets, do not leave them unattended in the backyard. There is an SUV without tags parked in the back, and yard tools against the back of the house. The set of stairs leading to the pool stairs does not have any sort of child gate. None of these bode well for curious kids or pets. I wanted to give 5 stars for cleanliness, but we ended up finding 4 roaches over the 2 night we stayed. We didn't have any open food which might have contributed. Rami was responsive when I alerted him and assured me the pest treatment would be moved up. My only guess would be that the duplex neighbors contribute to the issue.
