Jamie was a great host! We stayed at the apartment for two months while looking for a house to buy. This was a great place to stay. Erwin is such a cute town, coffee shop, bakery, library, and shops all within minutes walking. The apartment had all the amenities needed and was a quick drive to Walmart or grocery stores for anything more. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with tons of extra bedding and fans, so you are all set for any weather during your stay. Jamie was very responsive to questions both before and during the stay. During our time there was a festival happening, she notified us the day before so that we could get our car moved. We were out of town at the time so she very graciously moved our car for us so it wouldn't get towed! I don't know any other Airbnb hosts who would do that. It saved us a ton of money and a huge headache. I would highly recommend this apartment and Erwin, TN.

Jamie was consistently responsive throughout our almost 2 month stay. The A/C froze up during our stay and she had someone there to diagnose the problem within 1-2 hours then had it fixed the very next day. The place is well stocked with anything you may need during your stay, including kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and cleaning supplies. She went above and beyond to help us (we needed a bicycle pump and several other random items during our stay and she delivered even though it wasn’t expected of her), which was greatly appreciated. She truly seems to care about her guests and wants them to be comfortable in her space.

We absolutely loved our long-term stay here! The wifi was strong (my husband worked from the airbnb on video calls throughout our stay and never had any glitches). The space was clean and welcoming and also felt both cozy and historic. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cute dishes, and tools to cook so that it is prepared for short or long-stay guests. The bathroom was clean with spare linens. Guests have access to a free washer and dryer too. The rooms are spacious and have tall ceilings and lots of natural light. The sofas were comfy and there were plenty of chairs and places to sit. The host was highly responsive andlet meknow when down town events might influence us. It is on the 2nd floor without an elevator, so be aware as you pack. The location is downtown and there is a great coffee shop within easy walking distance - we went most mornings. And the space is in Erwin, surrounded by mountains! We loved our stay and want to tay again next time we travel near Erwin.

This apartment was spacious and gorgeous. The owners were very responsive and super nice. Though there are a lot of stairs, they are inside, behind a locked door and well lit. It was easy to park close by, and the location was very safe. I highly recommend this airbnb.
