Our stay was perfect. It has everything you need. My family enjoyed our stay. We love how the lake has a deck where you can chill. Very peaceful. Thank you!!!

Although we had major issues during our stay, the cottage was clean, spacious and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed sitting by the riverside and using the watercraft that was available on the property, and we loved swimming at Balsam Lake and hiking at other nearby parks. However, a few hours after we arrived, we began to experience several serious plumbing issues. Madison and Rob quickly and graciously responded with a short-term fix, but unfortunately we continued to have issues throughout the week despite our best efforts to keep water usage to a minimum. We eventually came to a partial resolution with the hosts. I hope they can resolve this issue soon, because otherwise this would have been a lovely and relaxing stay with great amenities.

We had a wonderful time at Coby Cottage! It was so peaceful, especially during our morning coffee on the balcony. We hope to visit again! Madison shared all of the details needed so there were no issues at all with check in, she even gave great directions and recommendations. Thanks Madison! There is everything you need in the kitchen, including bbq utensils, tin foil, and ziplock bags. The river was so clear, you could see the rocks below. With that, I’d recommend water shoes so you have extra grip when walking in/out of the water. Although the fire pit was a bit far from the cottage, being by the water in the evening was so nice. I definitely recommend the cottage, and I would 100% recommend Madison as a host. Thanks again!

It’s a lovely place to enjoy fall season in the nature. The neighbourhood is super nice and peaceful. The place is spacious and has a spectacular view. Madison instructions were all communicated and written properly both on paper and by message. My only complaint would be that there was no tissue provided and we only had half a paper towel roll left for us. Also there was no coffee in the kitchen. These basic stuff are expected in every airbnb these days.

Amazing thanksgiving weekend away at Madison’s cottage. We will for sure be back! Very clean place, amazing views, the lake was clear and the property was so nice. Very spacious cottage. Thank you again
