This was our second stay and we would definitely go back again. It really is the perfect spot and Kevin is super responsive and helpful. The Cottage is fully stocked with everything you would need and our toddler was thrilled to pieces with the toys and the sandpit. We really enjoyed our stay, Thanks again Kevin and family!
Had a wonderful stay with my children and their families. There was plenty of room for everyone. My 4 grandkids, 2 toddlers and 2 teens all had a great time with the toys for young children and the kayaks and paddle boat. We had a fun time around the fire pit. We had an awesome thanksgiving. My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Kevin’s home on Big Gull Lake. It was clean, spacious, and had so many amenities. The dock space and water activities were perfect. Kevin was very responsive and provided clear instructions. Thank you!
On the water of a bay that leads out to a 15km lake. 2 kayaks, peddle boat, paddle board, multi blow ups, chairs & fire pit. 12 loon families, herons, fish, turtles kept you occupied. Have fun reading on Muskoka chairs. We landed our boat (16') down the road at a no fee launch. Boat bit large for dock. We got our fish on with perch, walleye, pike & small mouth bass. Water is warm & clean to swim. Wade in by sand cove or climb in by ladder. The roads off hwy 7 take about 30min. Print a map before you go as there is no cell off hwy 7 & in cottage. 2 bedrooms: master king with bunk in closet, double with crib. 2 living room double pull out couches. Bring your drinking water (not notified); still brown at kitchen tap. Linens great. Big washer/dryer but will discolor clothes with brown water. Full kitchen supplies. Bring keurig pods. 1 fridge for beverages in garage. Very welcoming & peaceful. 30min drive if items forgotten (bring all in). No restaurants nearby. Lots of games & dvds.
This was my second time to visit. We had so much fun last year that we booked it again for this year. My family and I felt so comfortable and loved the beautiful surroundings.
