I can’t recommend this place enough! It was absolutely wonderful. Super peaceful and clean. The staff are super kind and responsive. We rented bikes to get around Tulum and it was so easy! The only thing is note is it is a 9-10 min drive from the Tulum town, so I highly suggest a vehicle for getting into town. Otherwise it was perfect!

My recent stay at this Airbnb had its highs and lows. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going as far as helping me with my suitcases upon arrival and departure. However, navigating the pebbled pathway to reach the rooms proved to be a bit challenging, especially with heavy luggage. Nevertheless, the outdoor area was incredibly picturesque and provided a serene and private atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Overall, while there were some minor drawbacks, the helpful staff and lovely outdoor setting made for a pleasant stay.

The Villas Sanah were as good or better than I was expecting. Super clean, staff was very caring and seems to take pride in what they do. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful (thank you, Williams and Ana)! They helped me navigate being in another country with limited Spanish speaking skills and answered my questions about cultural norms, which proved to be invaluable because the internet was out the whole time I was there. This was very frustrating, as data reception was limited too and it was really hard (at times impossible) to research the things one needs to research while traveling. I don’t blame the staff for this by any means, but when looking at my overall stay this made me rate this AirBnb 4/5 instead of 5. Everything else was perfect. The water in the plunge pool was way too cold for me to swim in, so heads up to anyone who is sensitive to cold - you probably won’t get to enjoy the pool even on a hot, sunny day. Otherwise, everything was very lovely.

Stunningly beautiful property. However the road outside is loud and cars are moving very fast. There’s some noise associated with that although the property has taken attempts to soften the noise. You’ll need a car- there’s also nothing one can really walk or bike to for dining, etc. There’s no kitchen to prepare your own meal. There is a restaurant on site with very limited hours. Our host shared a food delivery app with us. WiFi was provided but very spotty. Everyone was kind and helpful. The building, grounds, bedding, decor were absolutely beautiful.
