Overall good stay!

The house was very well-appointed: clean and comfortable. The one major complaint was that a pump or motor, which seemed to be located right behind the headboard in the main bedroom (NW corner of the house), started at random times during the night startling us awake every night several times a night. The pump/motor would run for variable times sometimes for 20 minutes sometimes for 5. We considered dragging our mattress to the living room floor to get a good night sleep. No mention of this pump/motor was made in the description of the house, rather irritating. The Evolve contact was nice and apologetic but his only solution was that we get a sound machine to mask to the noise- right! Admittedly, we didn't ask for a discount or some kind of compensation for this disturbance, but none was offered by the Evolve contact.

Not the most charming place but very clean and wonderful location relative to Pt Reyes Station - about 1/4 mile stroll from the action, and perfectly quiet when we were there. Very clean and comfortable. Reminded me of how our homes looked in the late 60s when I was a kid.

Great, comfortable house in a nice quiet neighborhood close to town. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Place was clean and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay. One thing that could make it perfect is if it had a smart tv or device for streaming but over all we loved it!
