Its 20 minutes drive to the sea,1 hour to Siena, 2 hours to Rome and Florence, 5 minutes to Caldana city Center where you have all amenities (groceries, bank, Postoffice,3 restaurants..) You will find a lot of activities like horseriding,excursions of history and plants,winetasting and kilometers of wonderfull beaches, watch the birds and wild animals.

The room is located on the 1st floor of a small private building, reached by an internal staircase from a common entrance. One of the main bus stops is 50 metres away. You can take advantage of a 10% discount at the 'Bastion Contrario' restaurant, which I own very close to the structure.

We offer a beautiful Tuscan guest house – the house dates back more than 150 years – but of course it is completely refurbished. The Guest house can be rented throughout the entire year. It offers 10-14 places to sleep, four bathrooms, two kitchens, two large living rooms with two open fire places etc. All rooms have air conditioning! The large infinity pool offers a great sea view. Pizza oven and large barbecue is located in the garden. Parking is available for five cars.
