Two splendid beaches (Procchio and Spartaia) are a few hundred meters from the Villa as well as the town of Procchio to be able to meet various needs. Dal 2021 è presente una spettacolare piscina privata con spiaggia immersa, solarium e giardino dedicato, ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Può ospitare comodamente 14 persone in sette stanze doppie arredate con gusto. La Villa si trova su di un colle in una posizione isolata a circa 1,9km dal paese di Porto Azzurro.

Ha un vasto giardino. La Villa è a uso esclusivo interamente recintata, la piscina condivisa. La zona è molto tranquilla e ideale per vacanze in tutto relax. Ci troviamo nel mezzo a due significative città come Siena e Firenze, ma anche a borghi tipici come San Gimignano, Monteriggioni e Volterra.

Our private villa is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma just a few kilometres from the quiet village of Gavorrano. ‘La Quercia’ consists of a large garden with private veranda and Jacuzzi, two bedrooms, living area with fireplace and kitchen, two private and fully equipped bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the beautiful Maremma. Parking is private and free on site. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
