Pieve di Caminino 历史悠久的农场

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Collina è un antico podere di pietra, la casa è circondata da campi e uliveti.Dispone di un ampio giardino con piscina e una terrazza dove poter svolgere piacevoli pranzi e cene. Sono disponibili un barbecue e mobili da giardino. La strada per arrivare alla casa nell'ultimo tratto non è asfaltata e non è quindi adatta per le macchine sportive o particolarmente basse. Il percorso si presta per piacevoli passeggiate di giorno, mentre di notte si consiglia l'uso dell'auto perchè non è illuminato.

Questo monolocale di 40mq offre comfort lussuosi, un bagno privato e un letto matrimoniale accogliente, con un divano letto comodamente usufruibile da una terza persona. Potrete rilassarvi nella vasca idromassaggio esterna e godere della bellezza naturale che ci circonda, con una vista sulla natura Toscana mozzafiato. Questa suite è dotata di tavolo in giardino con lettini prendisole e ombrellone.

E' fornita di tutti i comfort e dispone di parcheggio privato incluso all'interno della proprietà.

Pretty Apartment in nice and rustic style, located in the old family house, "Villa di Scopicci". Nestled in the countryside around Volterra, it has an ancient and authentic character. This apartment has of 1 double bedroom, a kitchen area with the typical Tuscan farmhouses’ furniture , living room with sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower. From the apartment you can admire an amazing view from the windows and you can overlook the rolling hills from your outside area with table and chairs.

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.
