Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, and a large living area. The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. To reach the elevator, you’ll need to climb 20 steps. There may be noise caused by tourists, is not predictable.

Located on the second floor of a historic building in the heart of Florence, this apartment is just a few steps from the Duomo and Santa Croce. Renovated and furnished in 2017 (stair access only, no elevator). The apartment features a double bedroom with a king-size bed and AC; a living room with a kitchen, sofa bed, and AC and a second bedroom with a small double bed (NO AC). The bathroom includes a shower and washer/dryer. Quiet and comfortable, it offers all the comforts of home.

The apartment is located in an elevated position and to reach it there is a climb and two flights of stairs to climb

The roof terrace is located on the third and top floor, without a lift (where the brave dare) of a small building in the lively Sant'Ambrogio neighborhood, just steps from all the city's major attractions. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the city's rooftops, including Brunelleschi's dome and the synagogue's dome. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to offer you the best possible accommodation.
