Questo bello e luminoso appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo fiorentino senza ascensore in via del corso, a pochissimi passi dal duomo, nel pieno cuore della città, vicinissimo a tutte le attrazioni che Firenze ha da offrire. This beautiful and bright apartment is on the third floor of a Florentine building without an elevator on Via del Corso, in the heart of the old town in an Italian neighbourhood a few steps from the Duomo - Cathedral. Ideally located with all main monuments, squares and museums: the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Santa Croce a short walk away. L'appartamento completamente in parquet è composto da salotto, cucina, bagno, camera matrimoniale e terrazza: può ospitare quattro persone grazie al divano letto posizionato in salotto. The apartment has beautiful wooden floors through out, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom and terrace, and can comfortably sleep four people with a sofa bed in the living room. La zona giorno molto luminosa grazie alla grande finestra è composta da un comodo divano letto, tavolo in legno con quattro sedie e comodini, mentre l'adiacente cucina è dotata di tavolo da pranzo per quattro persone, oltre che di tutto il necessario per cucinare i vostri piatti preferiti anche in vacanza. The living area is very bright with large windows and occupies a comfortable sofa bed, wooden table for four, as well as an adjacent kitchen with a dining table for four people, with everything you need to cook your favorite dishes whilst on vacation. Proseguendo per il corridoio troviamo il bagno con pavimento in cotto che dispone di due lavandini, bidet e cabina doccia. Continuing along the corridor there is a bathroom with tiled floor which accommodates two sinks, a toilet, bidet and shower. The bedroom is bright with glass doors leading to the terrace. It is furnished with a large double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, bookcase, mirror and desk. La camera da letto è luminosissima grazie alla porta finestra, ed è dotata di un grande letto matrimoniale, comodini, armadio, libreria, specchio e scrivania. Dalla porta finestra della camera da letto accediamo alla bellissima terrazza esterna, che offre agli occhi uno spettacolo mozzafiato: un panorama sui tetti di Firenze e una visuale perfetta del Duomo. La terrazza è attrezzata con tavolino e sedie per rilassarvi e godervi la bellezza della città anche da casa ad ogni orario. From the bedroom window/door you can access a fantastic outdoor terrace, which offers a breathtaking panorama of the rooftops of Florence, and a glorious view of the Cathedral. The terrace has a table and chairs so take a break, sip on a glass of wine at the end of the day and watch the city transform as the day ends. Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, and a large living area. The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. To reach the elevator, you’ll need to climb 20 steps. There may be noise caused by tourists, is not predictable.

The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to offer you the best possible accommodation.
