We enjoyed our stay and liked the area it’s in the middle of nowhere to this we loved. Restaurants and bars 15 minute drive away. Very dog friendly both mornings we were woke up at 8am to this we didn’t mind. We fished whilst there and it was a decent lake catching a few fish only thing is some areas need maintenance but it was minor. We would return at a later date as we enjoyed our stay.

This was our second stay at Wren Cottage and we were not disappointed. A beautiful comfortable clean and spacious accommodation. Friendly hosts available if needed. Easy parking. Great place for our dogs. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay - lovely comfortable property in beautiful peaceful gardens. Loved the courtyard garden and the sunny lawn surrounded by flowers and trees. Lovely walk around the lake too. Janice and Martin were lovely, friendly hosts. Would definitely look to return!

Lovely property with lots of room and space, very clean with all the equipment you need and a couple of great surprises like board games and dvds if needed. Was a lovely extra surprise to have tea & coffee, milk, eggs and even some biscuits at check in. As for check in that was simple and straight forward and even better we were able to check in earlier after a 4 hour drive. Any questions we had were answered accurately and with a very quick response time. We will defiantly be back at some point and will book here again as a base point to explore.
