I loved our stay at Three by the Sea! Kate was a wonderful host and really helped us out on where to go around town and the best places to eat. The Airbnb itself was really clean and had a lot of space. She was always available communication wise so it was a 10/10 stay for me and I would definitely be back to rent with her for my next trip to Belize.

Our stay at Three by the Sea with Kate was fantastic. Kate was very helpful from the time we booked and was quick to respond to messages and all questions we had. The rental unit is located in a beautiful part of the island - away from the crowds and noise of San Pedro but close to several restaurants that were easily reachable by golf cart or on foot. We toured the island and are confident that we stayed in the best area. The property itself is beautiful with a nice outdoor living space, pool, and one block from the beach. The unit is well laid out with a beautiful bathroom and shower. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful spot to stay at and enjoy the island! Kate was a top tier host!!! Her home is lovely and the location was fantastic. Kate was very proactive in helping us prior to the trip, providing several tour recommendations (super helpful), and as soon as we got off the plane she was right there waving hello and ready to pick us up in our golf cart (that she kindly booked for us!). From there she went above and beyond by giving us a cute tour on the way to the Airbnb and pointed out local things to check out. What a great way to be welcomed! Hands down recommend booking your stay with Kate at 3 by the sea. Can’t wait to be back!! Thanks Kate!

Three by the Sea was a fantastic spot with easy access to town and 60 seconds to the water. Would happily stay with Kate again!
