The pool was amazing and the location is nice, feels very safe, and is pretty walkable to Starbucks, several restaurants, Cable beach, and Baha Mar. The place is quite expensive, and frankly, those two things are what you're paying for. The house itself is nice enough and was more than adequate for our family, though it's showing its wear. As other reviews noted, I'm sure it's really hard to keep any place in top-shape in such a climate. We had no real problems but Deanna and Jonathan were responsive to questions and very helpful. Overall we had a really fun and relaxing trip!

This is a wonderful place to stay! Walkable to Cable Beach and restaurants in the area as well as Baha Mar. Taxis and the #10 bus are nearby on Bay Street (we called cabs straight to the front door, too). Away from the bustle of downtown but not isolated. Pool was great for the kids on a stay-in day and for adults to lounge by. Would absolutely 100% recommend this to anyone! It was great for our family of 4! And Deanna was so quick to respond to any questions we had. Great place and great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location. Safe and quiet neighborhood. 5 min cab and 15 min walk to Baha Mar resort. Would stay here again. Great host, very responsive and nice!
