Wonderful place to stay for a couple of days. I learned a lot about Fijian culture. I did the hike to the top of the mountain, we sat together for all meals and I went out for snorkeling shark feeding. The corals are just astonishing! I had an amazing time. Thx for everyone who I met during my stay! 👍

We had an unforgettable stay! Ece and her family took such great care of us. From the meals to the activities (we did snorkeling with reef sharks and the hike), everything was excellent and we felt like part of the family from the minute we got there! They offer end-to-end service and itinerary planning which includes helping sort out transport from where we were in Fiji. The boat ride is 1.5-2hrs direct from Laukota. For whoever reads this, please bring a soccer ball for Ece’s kids, they recently lost theirs!

We spend some days on Wayasewa island with Ece. Super friendly host, nice co-guests to do activities with like snorkeling with sharks, going spear fishing, swimming in the dark with green glowing plankton or watching the sunrise from a rock high above the sea. Food is amazing and having breakfast lunch and diner looking at the sea is quite special. We love our stay there! The boat to bring back and forth is also really cool and more convenient than the public one.

Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte bei Ece und genossen jede Sekunde. Ece ist die perfekte Gastgeberin und liebt es, dies ihren Gäste zu zeigen. Von unfassbar gutem, abwechslungsreichem und traditionellem Essen bishin zu Unterhaltungen mit vielen Bewohnern des Dorfes war alles dabei. Ebenfalls werden viele Aktivitäten wie schnorcheln mit Haien, Wandern mit einem Guide oder doch eine Bootstour zu den bekannten Caves im Norden. Einen Vormittag verbrachten wir in der lokalen Schule. Dieser Besuch war ein Highlight unseres gesamten Fidschi-Aufenthaltes und würden wir jedem empfehlen. Die Zeit verging leider viel zu schnell und wir würden sofort wiederkommen und den Homestay jedem wärmstens empfehlen :)).
