Bandrake barn was a wonderful place to stay at during our recent Lake District weekend. Great location with a beautiful garden and views to enjoy your morning coffee in. The interior is tastefully designed and cosy - it looks even better than in the pictures! Linn and Andrew were friendly and flexible hosts, allowing us to check out late and always available to answer our questions. The barn is directly adjacent to their house, so they tend to be close by which was convenient. We all loved our stay at the barn and would gladly return again.

Fantastic stay. Would really recommend this place - the pub (within easy walking distance was great) and you are close to lots of the best walks in the lake district. Plus - the accommodation itself was really cool and the hosts lovely :-)

We had a lovely few days at Bandrake Barn. The style of the accommodation was fun and cosy. The owners were really welcoming and happy to provide local advice. We weren’t too far from Coniston and Windermere and had some lovely days walking and paddleboarding.

We had a great time, Lynn and Andrew were really welcoming, the cottage was in a pristine condition and perfectly located to discover the Lake District! Really felt at home.

We had a lovely relaxing break. The cottage is situated in a tranquil location and is eclectic with beautiful gardens. Well worth a visit.
