Charming place! Private, cozy, and comfortable. I was a bit leery prior to arrival about having a room in Gail’s house versus the house to myself, but that quickly dissipated. The 2 room suite was a retreat. Gail even had snacks and a stocked mini fridge. The common space was nice but we never used it, and seldom heard Gail. The linens were high quality as were the bath products. When I return to Charlottesville I hope this gem is available for me to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay with Gail. She was a wonderful host and was always available if we needed anything, which we didn't. The space was clean and comfortable and she supplied a large collection of snacks and drinks. She was especially accommodating to our weekend plans and everything was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Gail is a great host who is helpful and thorough. The space was super clean. I highly recommend staying at her house in Charlottesville.

This place can't be beat! Lot's of privacy with your own suite, very clean, and an easy walk to all the local spots. Gail was extremely welcoming, gave me a quick tour, and even grabbed the local paper for me so I could see what was happening in town over the weekend. Overall, a wonderful experience.
