Terry est très gentille. La nourriture est plutôt bonne, beaucoup de poisson et même du poulpe, bonnes quantités. Mais peu de fruits et parfois un peu sec. J'ai demandé à avoir une noix de coco (d'un arbre à côté, il y en a en abondance) et c'est qu'une fois qu'on me l'a donnée ouverte, qu'on me dit de payer 10$ pour ça (en comparaison, c'est 3$ au marché de Nadi et c'était gratuit à mon précédent homestay). La moindre des choses serait d'être honnête sur le prix au moment où je demande, pas au moment où le fait est accompli. Très généreusement, Terry m'a proposée la chambre alors que j'avais réservé le dortoir parce que j'étais une fille seule et seule dans le homestay. Pas de lumière dans la chambre, électricité disponible seulement 2h par jour et douche pas très propre (feuilles, sable, grenouilles et eau stagnante). Beaucoup de moustiques sur l'île, plage privée magnifique à 15min à pied quand le bateau n'est pas là.

Terrys homestay made me realized why I came to Fiji in the first place. Beyond the amenities and care for the village itself, the hospitality of her family was outstanding and it felt as if we were fully part of the community. To anyone looking for a lot of activities, a proactive host with a beautiful family, and beautiful scenery, Terrys homestay is the place to be in the Yasawa area. Just for an idea one of my favorite moments was playing touch rugby with the kids and some of the parents, an experience that I will truly never forget and I’m positive that the group of people I stayed with would have the same response.

Terry and her family were all so kind and welcoming to us and we loved every moment of our stay! I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to get a feel for Fijian culture as well as the large range of activities which they offered.
