Great location for exploring the Cave Creek area. Cheery little place to stay with fun artwork. Wonderful views and birds from the back patio! We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely stay at Querencia #1. The photos here don’t do this place justice. The furniture and furnishings, the books and artwork - were all the thoughtfully prepared. The duplex unit is a perfect size for a couple, and despite the two units being right next to each other we didn’t hear a peep from our neighbor. The kitchen had everything we might need, right down to measuring cups and spoons, mixer and blender as well as a bunch of basic spices and condiments. Oh, and coffee lovers- there is drip coffee maker AND a coffee maker that uses pods. You will be well-caffeinated here. There’s a large, covered patio at the back of the unit that looks onto the hosts’ expansive property as well as the national forest. Bird lovers will enjoy watching the birds flock to the feeders. After several cups of coffee made several different ways and watching the birds it was difficult to leave. An experience that we won’t forget anytime soon.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Joan and Steve are such wonderful hosts! The surroundings are absolutely exquisite and the interior and porch are perfect!
