BEAUTIFUL! Views from the porch are gorgeous, especially at sunset. At this airbnb, you fall asleep listening to waves and wake up with a view of crystal clear ocean water. The house itself is in great condition. We were impressed by how well the house was stocked- plenty of beach towels, beach gear, etc. We rented a car and were able to get around the island easily. There was free parking conveniently located outside of the airbnb inside a gated area. Also enjoyed walking to local establishments. As a group of females, we were concerned about safety but always felt safe (as females, we were also glad to have so many bathrooms). Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

As prior reviewers remarked, the photos don’t do it justice. The views and sound of the waves are remarkable. After a long flight delay, we were greeted and checked in even though it was late. We were happy to find wine and plenty of staples in the fridge. We were a party of six ladies for a 60th birthday celebration and everyone had their own comfortable space. Easy access to downtown on the jitney, and in the opposite direction, to Clifton Heritage National Park where we enjoyed a great historical tour. Love beach was lovely as were the nearby restaurants-especially Studio Cafe for an outstanding Sunday Brunch. The pool was beautiful as well. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle and relax in this musically historical place, you will love it! Highly recommend!

Beautiful 3 story home. we had enough space for 5 adults and 2 kids( we could have fit a few more). the ocean view was amazing. Nice restaurants directly across the street. the driver they recommendedwas great! Great vacation!

This is a great place . Right on the ocean, comfortable rooms, fully functional kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a fantastic pool, and FIVE bathrooms! Novlet and her husband were prompt and helpful when we had questions. Much appreciated. We felt very lucky to have stayed there.

I spent considerable time looking for a spot on the quieter side of New Providence because we enjoy the out-of-doors, our from Montana, and our group’s age range was five months to 71 years. Having beach access was the NUMBER 1 criteria I used to chose our location and Ivy May’s description said (and continues to say) “Quaint, private beach access. Walking distance to Love Beach”. Access was cut off with a change in ownership of the property between Ivy May and the beach over two years ago and while kayaks are available, there was only one day that we could use them to get to the beach because of north winds. And the “quaint beach” is only available during low tide which for us was usually late in the afternoon when it was in the shade. Even after a lengthy communications with the managers, that became fairly unpleasant, they still have not updated the description. So, bottom line: if having access to Love Beach is important, rent right on the beach and not Ivy May.
