What we expected and much more. The kitchen was stocked with all we would expect in our own - with the exception of a microwave of course, but knowing that, we made due quite easily. Plenty of space for our extended family (5 adults) both inside and out. Very comfortable accommodations all around. The salt water pool was great. Water access on property was a little hampered by the abnormally windy conditions, but we were still able to get in and see some fish as well as sit and enjoy the sounds of the waves. Within a 5-10 minute easy walk was the grocery store, liquor store, cafe & cocktails at Bon Vivants , great food at Twisted Lime and Blue Sail bar & grill, and a clean sandy beach and sandyport. Mae was an excellent on site contact and kept the house very clean. Overall: the location, comfort, security and privacy that we felt were above average and we would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in area.

My family and I loved this spot. Lou is helpful and great. Mae was amazing. Did our laundry and cleaned our house. I would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this place is probably in our top five. It feels very secure, is beautifully designed, and is very comfortable. The ocean view is spectacular and although poor weather prevented us from enjoying the pool and water activities, this would be a great place to stay and go snorkeling and kayaking with the provided equipment when the weather permits. The Wi-Fi worked great, nice internet TV, all the bathrooms are super nice, kitchen has everything (minus a traditional coffee maker—has espresso machine and no microwave), comfy beds, nice linens, AC worked well, plenty of hot water. The housekeeper is very sweet and attentive and was very helpful. Location is close to groceries, liquor store, and a great gym (Club One). We recommend Bon Vivants in Sandyport for craft cocktails and pastries, and Pulpy artisan ice cream, also in Sandyport. Lou was very responsive and arranged for groceries and pizza to be at the house when we arrived.

Our family spent an amazing week at this fabulous home. The accommodations were beautiful and perfectly sized for our family of 5 (my kids are accustomed to having their own beds). The entire house including the chef’s kitchen were well stocked. We were even able to make our traditional Thanksgiving dinner. We encountered a few minor issues with the laundry and one of the ovens but the house manager was extremely responsive. She is a gem! If you find yourself wanting down time for television, be prepared to use your own streaming services (our family wanted to watch traditional Thanksgiving weekend sports, including American football, so it took a little maneuvering but my son was able to finesse it using Airplay). Even though the pool was not heated, my kids loved it and spent a lot of time playing in it and, on less windy days, they could swim in the ocean/bay using the stairway from the house. The beach is a short walk away but beautiful and fairly quiet. We loved our stay!
